Old newspaper with historic headline. Best market?

My uncle bought this paper the day after the event. I've had it for years. The Courier post was printed in Camden, N.J., about 30-40 miles from Lakehurst.
It's a little tattered 'round the edges but overall supple and clean. What kind of grade for condition?
Is there a market for "historic" newspapers and what would be the best option for finding that market?

    Thanks Shi.

Notice the photo on this newspaper is a different image than the one usually seen with the landing pylon in it.
