dads ring front.jpg dads ring mark clear.jpg I have this rind of my Grandfathers. It was badly tarnished, but I knew I could make out the word sterling so I used cleaned it, only enough to try to identify it and found a sideways diamond with what is either a roman numeral 5 or V. It is a very old style V as you see in the 1800's. I can't get a picture of it unfortunately. I hope you can help.

Crystal, can you draw the marks?. I probably can’t help but it may help others :).
Also a clear photo of the front and a photo of the marks if you can even if you have to be a bit further away to be in focus.
