Old scale??

    Hi Ezel, I don’t know much about tools so can’t help but you will get the best info from others if you give a size, close ups of any joints, hinges etc and any info you have about your items. Plus click full size picture button when posting as it helps the people looking on phones.
    People come to the forums at all times and someone will be along to help you.

    There was one on here in the not too distant past, but it wasn't hooked up to the wooden piece either..........

    I think it's called a balance scale. Hangs from the hole in the wood, weights on one end and your meat on the other

    The wood part looks like a single tree yoke piece. Maybe some type of repurposed use, but not original to it. Your scale is missing a weight.

    Yeah, I noticed the weight missing. Now I know they don't belong together prob.
