Then downstairs, it&#039;s got a removable &#039;fuel-tank&#039; with a threaded cap. You pull it out (it takes up about half the space of the lighter) and then there&#039;s a small cotton ball and a wick. You soak the wick and ball with fluid, then you fill the tank with fluid, screw the lid on, and then shove the whole thing back inside. </p><p><br /></p><p>I have to admit that this is probably the most ineffective lighter I&#039;ve ever seen. The &#039;fuel-tank&#039; serves no real purpose except to keep a tank of fuel around, and that&#039;s really about it. The actual amount of fuel you can stuff into the cotton ball is bloody nothing at all. </p><p><br /></p><p>I mean the lighter DOES work.
