    Just had to share this just for fun. Someone is selling a "Lane Brutalist Credenza" for $875 on my local Craigslist, I copied the photo:

    I'm not in the market but first thought: looks like something out of the Flintstones. Not sure if I love it or hate it, but think it could look amazing in the right space.. If you google "Lane Brutalist Credenza", there are different types Lane made in the Brutalist style, not just credenzas, very unusual looking furniture. I've never seen similar. Just thought I'd share this one.

    wow Lane is the last company I'd have pegged to have manufactured brutalist style furniture! thanks Lucille.

    Yep, appears to have sold already. Just went in and the ad is already pulled. (Was just listed late last night.)

    If interested in brutalist furniture, look up Paul Evans. He may have designed some of this for Lane. He also did much higher end brutalist furniture for Directional.
