Original art? Please comment

Again I wasn’t sure but the look of the signature convinced me.

    Louise Guthrie (1879-1966) was a SA botanical artist. Obviously the newer frame and frame date: 7/04 doesn’t match that timeline at all. Also the framers name and the word ‘decorative’ doesn’t provide any confidence :) It’s 34x24cm. Thanks for any comments

    Hard to tell but it looks like a watercolour but it doesn’t seem to have either the competence or confidence of the Louise Guthrie works found online.

    Thanks for the comment. I didn’t find many examples of her work. Most of her paintings it seems were donated and are in large collection. I did find this and the signatures match.
