Just can't decide whether it's a painting or a print that has been made to look like a painting

There is definite brush strokes that follow correct flow of the painting

There are no Ben day dots up close with a loupe

There is even paint marks on the back

    I'm literally 50/50

    Any help appreciated

I like it but no clue.
There are prints that carry brush strokes.
I wouldn't give the spots on the back any credence.

Pretty sure its a print, but what kind I can't say. The color on the figures in particular looks like washes over something. Looks like hand coloring of a black and white image, but could be a repro.

I agree. It all looks 'soft'.

I thing it's a print. It has sights of a print with those small circle. If you can't see any brush strokes then it's a print.
