Oval item Lucerne, Switzerland from Mayor

    I have an oval token from Lucerne, Switzerland.
    Dimensions of oval are about 4 3/4" longer direction top dia. x
    3 3/16" short direction top dia. x5/8" thick. Back says A little
    token of your warm welcome in Lucerne. The Swiss Town Folks
    never forget. Presented by Kawh or Kawn or Kuhn, not sure of
    the Mayor name, Mayor of Lucerne. Underneath that is a triangle
    emblem with each side have Luzern (Schweiz), Buchecker +Co. and
    Exselsior-Werk. The middle has 2 emblems and B. Co.
    What is the Mayor Name? What is this token used for example wall
    mount decor, ash tray, key tray, trinket tray etc...?

    The only match from wikipedia is Kopp. I would call it a trinket dish.
