    Only the piece at the Skinner auction looks like the same work, with the highly ornamented ground beneath the figures. The others all have very plain bases.

    Thanks chaps! It does look like James Wilson as the maker. @Bronwen - yes, the Skinner one is spot on for the ornamentation.

    I'd wondered if it was George Harrison in his Victorian phase. ;)
