Furniture people will probably need more photos. Please show the joinings on drawers and the stamp. Please check Full Size Image. :)

Seconding the need for more pictures, including that stamp you can't read. The hardware on this doesn't look ancient. My first guess, inexpert and worth what you're paying, would be mid-50s to early 1960s. That's just from the hardware.

    Hi Wendy,
That is a nice desk BUT I do not think it is a partners desk. A partners desk would have the same things on both sides. It was called that so that two people could use the desk at the same time.

Hobbs &Co London, from what I can see. That's what's on the hardware anyway. I did a quick Google and they made both partner and twin pedestal desks. I think you probably have the latter if there aren't any drawers on the back of your desk. From that info, your desk could be 100 years old. (i.e. about 50 years later than I thought.)

Yes, not a partner desk. Still, it's a beauty; love the Asian-inspired drawer pulls. I'd date it as closer to 1890 than 1950 ;)

The stamp is upside down I think, I can’t flip it on my iPad.
