Ward. He was a contemorary of William Chandler and was active in the Cape Ann area. He was also employed by the art publisher Tabor Prang that was based in Boston and active 1900- 1930 or so. The art is in first rate condition and the frame is classic art deco,it has its original wavy glass. I&#039;d date this piece to about 1925 or so.The dimensions are 20x12 framed and 15x7 artwork only.
