Trying to figure out the age and origin of this cobalt bottle. It’s 10” tall with the crazy long stopper. Would it be a perfume? Anyway, I see like ones listed as Persian, Turkish and 19th century. I don’t know which, if any, are true.

it’s in remarkable condition. I would have thought 20th century would be the appropriate age.

What say ye? Thank you for any help.

I have a slightly bigger one, exactly the same shape and tall stopper, with a portrait of Nasr-al-Din Shah Qajar. He was Shah of Persia in the second half of the 19th century.
From my research it is 19th century, and either Persian made, or made in Bohemia for the Persian market.

It’s very pretty. I really would have never guessed as old as 19th Century. Good to know!

On a Persian site I saw one referred to as a liqeuer flask. For two glasses I guess.
