Petroglyph Paintings Good technique - artist?

    I found these yesterday. There are seven. The labels fell off two of them, here are some that have them. They are very well made but my photos make them look cheap. The glare was too much. I really have to set up more of a studio for photographing items properly. I've included one with the glare so you can see the finish better. There is no chipping, they are very solid. The artist name seems to be M Neibel They seem to be a relatively thick top coat on hard dense particle board. They are 6 3/4" by 4".

    The name looks like Weibel to me.
