    HI All

I picked up this (in my opinion) absolutely lovely vase at a local junk sale, it stands at 22cm tall and has "Picotee Ware English Bone China" stamped to the base, but no mention of Poole.

I'd love to hear from anyone who has any information which may be of help

    Thank You!!!

Interesting. Picotee is normally banded or striped. That's more like Delphis which is much later.

Bleazy, tho I may be totally off base here, that looks to me as if it could be an ANITA HARRIS design. She worked for Poole for something like 10 years, but she also worked for many other companies, and she now has her own studio in Stoke on Trent.

If that were my (gorgeous!) vase, just for the heck of it, I would contact her and ask if it's one of hers. If it IS, she can probably explain the markings, too.

You can check out her stuff here: https://www.anitaharrisartpottery.net/

and there's a "contact" link here:

That’s so funny, I kept finding Poole, orange volcanic vases similar.

It's too old to be Anita Harris, imo.
