Please help identify this vase

    Hello. I am new to this process and am hoping for some assistance in identifying this vase I purchased. Any ideas?

    Welcome F & M. Interesting and pretty pitcher. I think it was probably hobbyist painted. Someone practicing red roses on one side and yellow on the other. Check the vines carefully to see if there's a signature in there somewhere. The blank is most likely German, Austrian, or possibly French but I doubt we'll ever know for sure. I would date it to circa 1900 based on the tan/brown background. JMHO.
