Did more lookups. The cannon was cast by one of the Matthew Bagley bell founders, has that name engraved on it as MATTHEW BAGLEY LONDINI FECIT. Last Matthew Bagley of that bell-founding family died 1785, it seems. The COA I get in the heraldic dictionary having the Dexter hand is Viscount Lorton, born 1773, created Baron 1800. This info resolves possible ambiguity since the cannon was cast too early to be connected to dexter hand viscount Lorton. So even tho the heraldic dictionary doesn’t seem to have it, or I don’t have the right description to find it, I think there was some noble having the sinister hand in his COA.
