pls help with origin and approx age

hi everyone i need help trying to get an origin and approx age of this little guy if anyone could pls help

seems quite old with brass and copper very small only 100mm

Are there any marks on it anywhere? Can you show a picture of the bottom?

Kim, I used search words "carved wood India brass bird" to find that example. These little figurines were imported by chains such as Pier I and World Market.

Cute cute cute! I also love owls. It reminds me of a mechanical owl in some supernatural movie but for the life of me I can't recall.
