Featured Poland ring. Help with stone & mark please.

This has the woman’s head Polish mark with a K for Krakow and 3 for 800 silver. I’ve not been able to find any good lists for maker’s marks. By chance does anyone know it or a good source for me to peruse?
I was told the stone is amber but I’m not sure about that. It does has the waxy look of amber. Thanks to all.

 

Strong possibility it is Baltic white amber. Get lots of Amber jewellery from Poland, though I’ve never found any in this colour.

There is also green amber, which was a surprise to me.

 

I've got some green amber, it's dyed.

 

Is it always dyed if it's green? Or is there both natural & dyed material? Years ago the shop at the Museum of Natural History had jewellery with green amber that they made a bit of a thing of. Dyed. A disappointment.
