Featured Portrait plate, who’s that lady? Lovely lady

It’s quite small, maybe 4” across so it’s more of a ring dish or saucer I guess. Wondering who the lady is? Very pretty imo. I don’t think it’s probably too valuable but I like it. Late 19th/early 20th? French? Unmarked so maybe just a more recent copy?

    Awesome, thanks so much guys! I wonder why her fancy necklace was left off this plate? Working off a piece that didn’t have it? Would there be any impetus to have her look less wealthy possibly? Just curious if anyone has any ideas.
