Or the heating bill. Yike. Or the paint bill; it won't be cheap covering all of that red! I did manage to watch the video, upside-down orientation and all.

Davey - my friend and I agree that you and your son are going to buy that property and you and Buzz will take up residence.
Can we visit? You won't even notice us. :D

What a wonderful property!! If that were in the US, some corporation would buy it to rent out or change to something else. I hope it gets a deserving new owner. I can't imagine 2 older people bouncing around in that enormous house, much less maintaining it.

Yes, we'll all be visiting after we help you with the clearance! :singing: We can help walk Buzz, too!

Awesome looking property. RIP to former owner.

I think Davey said the former owner was going into a care home. Like assisted living maybe or nursing home. The entire care home might be smaller than this estate.

My son could buy it tomorrow but he does not need it, he already lives in a large house.
I will have to sell a few coins if I aim to get it.:hilarious:

I think Buzz would be taking us for the walk rather than the other way around. ;):hilarious:

Hitch Buzz to a pony cart and he could haul off the spoils. From the size of the feet he's going to be about the right size!

The property seems to be set up on a business basis already. How many ordinary residences have multiple conference rooms? I imagine the biggest ongoing expense would be staff - you've got multiple buildings and 47 acres to manage.

It might end up converted to flats. It would down South, anyhow.

1.5 mill gets you a three bed semi in much of London.

Me too!! There is so much to deal with. If I were buying it, I would try to negotiate for some of the furnishings as well. There would still be plenty left over!!
