Featured Possible gold pin, thoughts?

    Bought this for about $38. I am not sure if it is gold yet. However, there are no spot whatsoever on it where I can see metal wearing off. I know it may not be in the BEST of condition but still cool. It also looks handmade possibly? What do you guys think?

    looks like gold
    looks hand made by an artisan metalworker/jeweler
    looks like a stamp...on the center bar just to the right of the square..

    Gold and hematite? I can't see the colour of the stone very well.
    Check for a mark in the place komo said.

    Well apparently it is not gold at all! Fooled me but I guess it is brass....

    Jeweler's/red brass has the same working qualities as 14K yellow gold.
