Featured Possible hand painted Sèvres heart shaped box?

Hello, I have what may be an authentic Sèvres porcelain heart shaped hinged box. Any information you may have about this item is greatly appreciated.

Is anyone able to confirm the accuracy of the information from the handwritten note seen in the final photo? Thank you very much!!!

ps--- Note is believed to be from the late 1940's.

 

I have sevèrest doubts that good ole Stella was ever in Europe.
there is no infos on an A.Fournier working for Sèvres available. there is ceramics around by one Anatole Fournier, but from much later.
the hinge and metal are also of doubtful quality compared to the state of the rest.
Barcelona was and is a nice city, but also a well-known hotspot for fakes, altered stuff and marriages.
