Pottery Architectural Tile

    Recent thrift store acquisition. Tan/buff clay so maybe Ohio? 9" diameter x 1" thick. Back encrusted with adhesive and concrete. Any ideas? Image search brings up nothing. Also posted to Facebook pottery group with zero response. Any tips for cleaning the back?
