All of them?:jawdrop: Or just on your bowl....:playful:
I would call this Western souvenir style, very evocative of the region. But I am sure there is a better name for the style that I don't know. Yet.:)

I'm guessing that the last word is Diné for Navajo. Other than that it looks like A Boy to me.

Thanks sis. I surely didn't see Dine.

I'm not sure that's what it says, just guessing by the style and vaguely the letters.

The pottery was made by the Cedar Mesa Pottery Factory, in Blanding, Utah. The company produces over 60 different lines (decorative patterns) with about 30 different forms or shapes in each line. This is the "Pine Cliff Canyon" design.

The company produces items designed for the wholesale souvenir market, featuring "Southwest" images.

Since it is factory-made, it is not Native American, although the company does hire Native American (and non-Native American) workers to paint, and sign, the pieces.

Say_it_slowly is correct about the "signature," although it may, or may not, be a real name or person. It was hand-signed, but since each worker has to sign hundreds of pieces, they often are quickly done, and not easy to read. It really makes no difference, however.

I was thinking the decor might have been applied by airbrush through stencils.

Yes, it looks airbrushed, and with such a production of the same or similar pieces that could be it.

Maybe Cedar mesa would know who the sig is. Or maybe like already mentioned it doesn't matter?
