Pottery Bowl

    It sure has the look of an old pottery mixing bowl with the graduated, step down rings and the wide collar at the rim.
    Something like this:

    It looks like the bowl in your picture is made of concrete. And the bottom is so rounded. It might be a planter urn that was made to rest in a cupped pedestal.

    Or it could be studio pottery with gritty clay.

    About 2" tall and 5" across the top. On the last picture there is shown a chip that reveals a reddish clay. The white is finish.
    Bottom rounded but the bowl can stay upright butnif course it wobbles.
