Could do? It’s so blurred it’s hard to tell!

It does say China. I believe that is an older mark. Maybe @clutteredcloset49 can tell us more.:)

Yes, that is what I thought, overglaze red is the older 'China' mark.
Yours has more detail. Looks to be a different manufacturer too.
I wouldn't take him to the charity shop just yet.

I saw this on that link but it doesn’t specify what date period ‘older’ covers. Any ideas?
He has definitely piqued my interest so I’ll hold onto him for the moment!

Early 20th century. Before the Republic Period.

I don't know what to tell you.
I would have pegged him for newer. The color palette doesn't look like 1970s to me.
But I could be way off. The bottom looks too messy. The hole appears large.

You ask if it is the same as the ones in your link. Is yours a matte finish rather than a gloss enamel? Another thing that I think points to newer.

Again, I may be way off on this.

Maybe @Couch Potato Wannabe could read the mark which I think is upside down.

@blooey may have some thoughts as well.

As far as translation of the text goes.
The debossed stamp looks to me like 乇七 which I am not familiar with but Google Translate returns this to be Torrishchi, which I am also not familiar with.
The red stamp is 三三 = 33
