Potties,memphis or what ?

Hi all. I broke my strict ban on buying something because this wonderfully odd cutie made me! Its 7 in high and 3 wide,and my first thought was 80s italian,but theres no marks . its too weird and quirky to be mass produced (right?) but why wouldnt someone have marked it? Its unglazed inside,so I assume its more to look at. I just fell in love ! Any input is always appreciated.
