The last of my collection, like the others about 18 by 24 inches. I call it 'A Shropshire Lad' after Houseman's poem.

Either that or 'Warty Bliggins' from e.e.cummings

Breaking news! While I was typing this, Mr Tarrant called and I will be sending him pictures of the pictures for comment, great excitement!
Fair to say I have always been happy I bought these even if they are not to everyone's taste.

I must add an apology to Mr.Tarrant, the Tittypus is not one of his works, I had just lumped it in mentally with the other pictures because i bought them all at about the same time.

The Farmer type is a Shropshire farm worker observed and sketched in a pub, who was also a folk singer, the carnival was a village fete in a village near Bridgenorth, and for the cat one,

1.What the cat thinks she looks like when she wants OUT. Now.
    2. What she really looks like.

    That's pretty well spot on.

    Hi,
I would take puss and tomato and hang them on the wall with a cabinet door covering them. That way when nosey people come to visit they will be "forced" to open the cabinet door and SUPRIZE!!!!:woot::woot::woot::woot::woot::woot::woot::woot::woot:

...even if they do make you want to hang the person who wasted the paint making them....
