Featured QUADZILLA!!!

With more motivation this time, I bought this un-restored Leland-Gifford quad Drill Press. What changed? My rent offer on the “new” warehouse was accepted, ending the “where will I put it” problem. Plus it has original paint. This is the same basic model as the red one but lacks the optional power-downfeed on Drill unit no. 4. I’ll certainly clean it up but don’t have time for any extensive restoration these days. Maybe a volunteer will show up. Anyway now I have over two tons of American Industrial History to admire, whether it works or not, I’m not too concerned.
