Questions About Sterling Rose Band Ring

    Does anyone know the maker/origin and approx age of this ring? I'm assuming it's fairly recent. I did a Google image search, but didn't find anything similar. Some of the scratches on the band are from a bar that was clamped on to make it smaller.
