R Wallace - Phoenix Hotel Bowl date use?

I found two of these 12 oz bowls at a flea, need polishing. Are these Soup Bowls ? Can an approximate date be determined by Backstamp ?
There were more than one Phoenix Hotel and a date would be helpful in ruling out certain ones.

 

Replacements lists pattern 0376 as a 4 piece tea set, but only pictures the creamer. I would have thought this a soup or stew bowl, with the 2 handles and 12 oz capacity, but maybe it was the waste bowl in the tea set?

 

The only place where I could find this very plain R WALLACE mark was in Rainwater and the way she shows it (apparently always with the Silver Soldered) my assumption is that it was only used on their hotelware. Unfortunately dates of use were not shown.

There is Porringer from the Hotel Hershey listed on ebay. They date it to 1949, the photo is bad and I cannot read the backstamp.
Your idea of a stew bowl makes sense because it is deep.

 

That shape is very much like the fancy porringer made in sterling but without the more delicate handle details. Why the number is with a tea set, I don't know. Any middle of the 1900's date would be reasonable.

 

I started to wonder what "boldered" meant.....then Bakersgma explained it says 'soldered'......makes better sense that way!!!!
