Railroad wall calenders

    The one with the curved rail lines is probably the Horse Shoe curve around Johnstown Pa. The other looks like the Ohio River near Pittsburg. My family on my mothers side all worked for the P-Company one time or another. My Grandfather was the Car Shop foreman and Wreck boss out of Cherry St. Mahoningtown-New Castle Pa. for the Pennsy and started working there in 1890.

    My grandfather and a few great-uncles all worked for the Erie, way back when. My dad learned to read from railroad logos on box cars - no lie. If I'd been a boy my name probably would have either been the same as my dad's, or Casey!(LOL)
