I found this at a estate sale this morning & grabbed it - I remember using this post office while a student at Miami Beach Sr. High School!

I tried googling it to see what it was worth - and I can't find another example!
It looks like it was done by the chamber of commerce instead of the post office - is that why I can't find more?
Any help or thoughts on it would be appreciated.

The Hawaii stamp while celebrating a Miami Beach facility doesn't seem like the best chamber of commerce move - showing off the competition!
