Rare Vintage Beehive Honey Pot

    I am trying to obtain some information on this vintage honey pot, although I see a lot of them online, this one is very different due to it's long straight spout unlike a teapot or other types of honey pots which show a short spout; There are also two matching mugs that have small markings on the bottom but the only one I can make out clearly is a D !!

    Possibly done by a student in a school kiln is my first thought.
