Upon doing some research I discovered that the top metal part looks much like a trench art lighter...I am left wondering which war? and wondering if it was stuck in the glass holder as a gift for a loved one or as a momento...has anyone seen anything like this before?</p><p>It does spark but I can&#039;t get it to light. Sadly the soldering of the stem, where the flint is kept, has failed so that is wobbly.
