I am interested in purchasing above titled piece (in subject). I am sending you a picture of the item with marks on the bottom of the item. Please advise the value of this item and when it was issued. In addition I noticed some lines across the cape, neck, chest upper half of the figurine. Is it normal? Please find pictures attached

They are dreaming at that price. I see far nicer quality going for far less than that .:woot:

Welcome to our forum Felix!!:happy:

The figurine appears to be a genuine Royal Dux piece by looking at the photos. However, without seeing it in person & being able to have it in hand I would not want to judge.

We do not like to give out values here because we are a world wide site. What would be a great price in one part of the world might not be so great in another.

All of that being said if this is something that you would like to own because it gives you pleasure & you can afford the asking price, with all the added fees on-line auctions sometimes add, then by all means go for it.

The market for this type of item is quite soft right now & I am not sure it will ever come back. So I think that is what Johnny was trying to say previously. You may want to look around some more & you may be able to find this piece at a lower price some where else.

    Hi Felix,
Form me the piece is genuine but what sounds me wrong is the use of Art nouveau in the title, the piece is not from that time ot style, or you just speak as "in the manner" ?

hands off. since the start of the 1990s the market is flooded with old dux subjects that are new. no value for collectors.
