Scandinavian (I think...) pewter tray - help reading name

    I have an older pewter tray that I believe is Scandinavian, but I can't read the name on the bottom. Can anyone help?

    This is a quick shot of the 10" x 12" tray:

    and here are a couple of attempts to get the signature on the bottom:

    (I believe the top word in Tinn, for pewter.)

    What’s quite problematic is that there are such unusual combinations of letters in names of this region. But I’m assuming that’s an umlaut, so should be the right area.
