scarf with fur ?

    Hi, I'm pretty sure this is real fur.. but is this a scarf? there are 7 on each side it's pretty long.. there's no tags except a tiny 1 that's stapled to it. Any ideas of what it is called and if it's old?

    Think these tassels are mink tails. Maybe 1960s but others might know better about this.

    I agree with mink tails. I remember a lady at church, back in the 60s, that wore a cape-like thing with the mink head biting down on its own tail. Thought it was so GROSS!!!

    Oh, yeah... In the early 1960's, my Grandma had a mink stole, held in place at the front with one of those mink heads on one side and a tail on the other. It totally gave me the creeps!

    The stapled tag looks like it might be an identification tag used by a cleaning service - the name of the owner of the scarf .
