I recently picked up this pewter plate and am a bit confused by the marks on the bottom. Does anyone recognize who the maker was, and when it might date to? It appears to have an English crowned rose mark, so I expect it’s fairly old.

It's German. First mark indicates the type of pewter "Englisch Zinn" (100 parts tin/1 part copper). Second mark is the maker mark of Sebald Ruprecht
