Hmm there's a little divot in the line of her bum that looks like a printing artifact. Unless perhaps there's a large bit of paper texture there to interrupt a line...but it wouldn't usually bump up like that.

Another thing to try is to tilt it and look for shine on various materials. For example, some black inks (India/Chinese) contain an oil which makes them shiny when dried. Not foolproof because some print inks can do the same, but the difference is you should see variation in pooling of pigment, instead of flat printer line. The other material is graphite...it looks like there might be some pencil line in the cat's paws? If that's shiny then not a print.

I usually use a loupe to really get in there and see things. It helps to immediately rule out digital printing too.

Interesting comment and information about the ink. Thank you. I hear what you say about the bump line. I will have a look tomorrow regarding the tilting tomorrow. I don’t see a pencil line. I see fine black lines in her hair. Also I couldn’t find the original or another copy online. I would think if someone made the effort to print the image on handmade paper then the original image should be more known and easier to find online? And the artist known? Well that’s just what I was thinking. Still it’s probably a print.

The pencil looking lines I see are faint in the cat's paws. It doesn't mean they're everywhere... Artists can wing it on easier (for them) forms.

There's no additional effort with printing on handmade paper or mass produced. It's just the effect they're going for. I see plenty of art fair artists or students using it. It's about perceived value. Handmade makes pieces look "real" and they can be more popular and some charge more.
