Seth Thomas Shelf Clock Identification Help - Vigil?

I am hoping you can help me identify this clock. My mother said it has been in the family for a while but she doesn't know anything about it. It has ST on the back door plate, ST by Made in US America on the inside, but I can't find anything else. In my research it does look like a Vigil - but when I look at it closer it is different then the Vigil in the catalog. It has 3 buds on top - not two. It has a key holder in the front, has roman numerals not numbers and is not stamped on the face with Seth Thomas. Here are some pics. The 3rd one is the pendulum. Thanks for the help! My first post - so I hope I did it correctly.

 

Your identification is close enough for all practical purposes. One might add the term 'Art Nouveau' but the exact model name is of no real importance.
More significant is the material, it looks like cast metal from the picture. (The pictures are better inserted as 'full Image')
I think the date is about 1910.
For price/value comparison, any similar Seth Thomas shelf clock of similar style and material is as close as you need to get.
As with all antiques, where and how you are selling and who you are selling to have far more significance for price realised than the item itself.
