Well, it's got Hepplewhite pulls on the drawers, Sheraton pulls on the doors and Sheraton feet.
Panel construction makes me think mid 19th century, 1850 or so.
Attractive, very nice mahogany crotch veneer.

TY — would you call this a sideboard or buffet?

Either one will do, I think sideboard is the more correct term, buffet a more modern term.

I'd call this a Sheraton Sideboard because of the feet. A little odd having 2 different styles of pulls and assuming they are original, very American in a way as we tended to be a bit quirky in design matters.
Plus, it's just out of the Federal period (1790-1830) when those 2 styles dominated so more liberties likely to occur.

A very quick search yields values of (loosely) similar pieces btn $1,000 - $14,000... quite a range!

I assume this would be at the lower end of the spectrum...?

Yes, because it is out of period for one thing plus it's size, OTOH, it does have spectacular veneer so you have that going for you plus condition seems very good.
