I can tell you that they look Chinese to me and it's quite possible that the 3 images are all from some kind of story. Unfortunately the pictures you attached are too small to see the details of the people in each scene. Chinese story pictures are often about events involving the gods or immortals. I cannot read the characters on any of them and I'm not sure of which members to call upon for translation.

    Or @Mat and @Asian Fever

I agree looks like Chinese story. I see them saying good bye to the dragon in the sky.

Maybe @Any Jewelry will know the story.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Welcome to Antiquers, @Regina Gomes -- I'm not one who is able to tell the age of these, but notice that at least a couple of them are damaged, probably because of moisture. Personally, I like the pictures a lot.

definitely chinese and likely a story as cluttered said.
silver, asianfever is the chinese translator. i cannot read chinese, limited to only a few very common basic characters :sorry:

    found this:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Monks
the chinese characters should confirm if this is the story but .... again my apologies for not being able to read chinese.

Jivvy the research is my favorite

The pictures are too small for me to make out... the one in the boat really looks like The Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea... except for several missing Immortals.

Maybe the other pictures are other parts of the story with other immortals... maybe all eight are represented if you look at all three pictures?

Maybe not. Between the size of the pics and my lack of knowledge on the possible subject, I'm not really adding much here. :p
