    The only country in the Middle East that does Brutalist is Israel, and they make some very nice stuff. Could be Israeli made I suppose, but then I would expect the wood to be olive wood.

    It reminds me of the crucifix on the papal staff of pope Paul VI, also used by later popes. It was made by Italian sculptor Lello Scorzelli, based on drawings by Belgian artist Albert Servaes.
