Featured Silver necklace with dangling bits, please help!

    Frankly I don't know, I am not a button collector. I have silver and gilded folk buttons, but only buy them if they appeal to me and the price is right (=cheap).
    Because identification is so difficult, I also bought the book. I only bought the one book, the other books that also cover folk buttons are on entire costumes or on folk jewellery.
