Small pottery vase - flat black w/ enameled leaves.

    I have this small vase that I am assuming is possibly European based on the incised mark on the bottom. Does anyone recognize the style or help me with a direction to go?
    It is 3 7/8" tall & is done in a flat black with enameled leaves. It has the number 7646 on the foot with an "I" in the center.

    Hi Pat!!
    I guess it could possibly be part of a wash set, but most of the toothbrush holders I have seen are taller.
    Thanks for the lead & suggestion. I'll do some poking around in that direction.

    You're right 3 7/8" is on the short side.
    Until I pull out the ruler and actually see the measurement it doesn't always compute. And I didn't do that this morning. Sorry.
