Solved Help With Bracelet Souvenir?

    Hi All,
    I'm stumped on this piece - would it be a souvenir piece? Would this be considered Niello work? The little clasp piece is silver colour so it must have been replaced.

    Cordovan hat, horse head, guitar, castanet, a tambourine with design of the Giralda Tower in Seville and an elephant for luck.
