Souvenir spoon mark?

Y'all, I know this one ought to be simple, but I can't pin down the maker of this California souvenir spoon. 5 3/4 inches, 20 grams, marked C B sterling.

It's not a recent acquisition. I've been going through the pile of souvenir spoons Grandma gave me when I was a kid. I'm sorting them, and trying to identify the maker, which is easy for almost all of them. Also getting weights and lengths, and once I have that information, I'll photograph each. So far, this is the only mark I can't identify, and I've only found one that's stamped sterling with no maker's mark.

 

Maybe if you change to the title here to say you need info about souvenir spoons that right people might be able to help. I think we have a few that know that sort of stuff.

 

Try G B STERLING. The C looks like it could be a G to me.

I don't find G B as initial marks on my usual resources.
