Featured Spooky bottles?

    These small bottles were grouped together among other Halloween-themed stuff, but what are they?

    They don't easily stand upright on their own, which is weird, so maybe there was a base or stand?

    One has a label that says Taiwan.

    Thank you for any advice or direction.
