Spoons With Children on Handles - Help Identifying

I suppose the irony of having a ventriloquist performing and becoming famous on the RADIO is lost on most these days, but "way back when" we thought he was the cat's meow...........listened in total rapture as the dummy "spoke" and Edgar didn't move his lips..........the announcer SAID he didn't, so it had to be true.................even Candy couldn't quite understand it years later..............
